Mental Health First Aid Training
What is Mental Health First Aid?
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training provides people with the skills and knowledge to recognise, respond to, and support someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
The training equips participants to assist individuals who may be developing a mental health condition, facing a worsening issue, or experiencing an acute crisis—until professional help is available or the situation resolves.
The course is based on extensive research and expert consensus, incorporating insights from clinicians, mental health professionals, and people with lived experience.
Participants will receive a free MHFA Manual and have the opportunity to become an accredited Mental Health First Aider upon completion of the course.
