You’re not alone – support is all around you.

Have you been to a Read the Play session at your sporting club, or maybe heard about our program? Our interactive, games-based session is all about you and your mental health. We help you and your mates know more about looking after yourself and each other.

We come to your club and run a post-training session where we have some laughs about serious stuff. Everyone leaves knowing more about mental health, what self-care means and how to get help when you need it. No judgement or lectures – just facts, fun and chat with your teammates and club community.

We’ve helped more than 20,000 young participants … so far.

We’re all about empowerment, giving people the tools needed to better manage everyday challenges around mental health. We reach kids where they gather – the “community campfires” of sporting clubs. We provide resources on the ground and online to help young people, families and sports groups to support each other and seek help when needed. Need to know more?
